Pricing Structure:
We have changed our entire pricing structure for 2010 based on feedback we have received from couples like you. You talk we listen. We are always looking for ways to improve our services to better meet your needs. We are not business as usual. Our goal is to better meet the needs of today’s brides. That may be one reason we won the brides choice award!
Below you will find the link to print & review our levels of service, what is included and the price.
We know every couple is different and has a vision of their own. Every couple has a budget unique to them. Therefore, it only makes sense to provide a variety of levels of service at various levels of cost.
Additionally, every ceremony is at a different location. It is only common sense that the travel cost to a wedding 10 miles away is not the same as a wedding 50 miles away.
Most wedding Officiants in this area charge the same price regardless of level of service requested and distance traveled. Their concept is to fit every couple into the same mold or a square peg into a round hole. It doesn’t work well.
A bride who desires a short 10 minute ceremony 10 miles away should not be subject to the same price as a bride who wants an over the top ceremony that was written specifically for them at a location 50 miles away!
Based on feedback from brides and good old common sense we have developed the following:
We offer 5 ceremony levels for your wedding day that takes into consideration travel distance and type of ceremony you desire.
Types of Ceremony Scripts:
We now offer a basic pre-written ceremony selection for elopements, and for couples who wish a basic ceremony without added details. We also considered the couple who want just a little more than basic by allowing up to 3 additional options they may wish to include. For the couple who desires a script written and tailored from beginning to end we have developed a level for them also. We also added the opportunity to add a rehearsal if desired and day of coordination if desired. It all depends on the couples wishes.
Mileage Cost:
We have determined based on feedback that it is not fair to charge all couples the same price based on event location. A wedding location that is 25 miles away should not have to absorb the same cost as a location that is 50 miles away.
Therefore we have a base price for up to 50 miles round trip. Over 50 miles round trip there is a travel of .55 per mile round trip to cover the additional travel expenses: additional travel time, vehicle wear & tear, gas, tolls etc.

Retainer:
All ceremony levels require a minimum $50.00 deposit to guarantee your date and time. Our preferred method of payment is via secure PayPal Checkout. We also accept cash and personal check payments.
Contract for Services:
For convenience our contract is posted for you right on the website.
Please read & sign the contract.
Submit the contract via fax, scan or U.S. Mail
Once we receive the signed contract along with your retainer we will sign the contract, and provide for you an invoice showing your retainer and balance due. Your date is now secured!
Electronic signatures:
Are permissible if payment is being made via Pay Pal Checkout and electronically signed contract is emailed to us. Physical signatures must be obtained on the contract for payments made by checks or cash
We must receive your signed contract & retainer to secure your wedding date.
Additional Terms of Service
Marriage License: you are responsible for obtaining your marriage license. This is a government-issued document and we cannot provide this for you. We will advise you on marriage license requirements and procedures and answer any questions you have in this regard. Following the ceremony, we will file the marriage license with the County Clerk's office from which the license was issued. This is done via U.S. Postal Service regular mail and will be mailed within 24 hours of the ceremony.
You will receive the marriage license back from the State of Florida via certified mail in approximately 2-3 weeks.
If you need your license immediately: We will complete the marriage license following the ceremony and you may take it to the Clerk of Court where you obtained the license and they process and will hand you your actual license right then. (Takes about 5 minutes)
